My boyfriend calls me MAMBO when I’m hungry. I guess I get cranky. This also happens when I haven’t worked out. I’m SWEATlikemambo because I perspire a LOT when running or working out. Oh well. Follow me (MAMBO) on what I’m doing for workouts and meals, as well as other random things I find awesome. I am a certified personal trainer, so I will do my best to provide examples of FUN and do-able workouts, as well as HEALTHY recipes. I am certified through NASM – they’re great. I love being a personal trainer, and have lots of stories to tell on that. Let me know if you have any questions at all!
